CoH Accessories Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:
Once an order is placed, it will typically be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. However, during peak-demand periods, processing times may extend up to 7 days.

2. Shipping Methods:
Customers can choose from various shipping methods available at checkout. If you opt for an untracked shipment method, please note that we will not be able to offer a refund or reshipment for any delivery issues.

3. Delivery Timeframes:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, the actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination. A package is considered lost if it does not arrive within 28 working days and has no tracking scan within 14 working days of a complaint.

4. Shipping Address:
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. CoH Accessories is not responsible for non-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Customs and Duties:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and clearance procedures in their respective countries. If a package fails to clear customs due to non-payment of duties and taxes, no refund or reshipment will be offered. If goods are returned to us for this reason, a $50 restocking fee will apply.

6. Damaged Items:
If your items arrive damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt, including pictures of the damaged accessories. Damaged items will be returned to us at our expense, and we will either reship the items or offer a refund based on our discretion.

7. Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled any time before they are marked as shipped. Once an item has left our warehouse, it cannot be canceled and must go through our resolution process.

8. Changes to Order:
If you need to make changes to your order, such as modifying the shipping address or changing items, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in the processing stage.

9. Restricted Locations:
There may be certain locations to which we cannot ship due to local regulations or courier restrictions. If this is the case, we will inform you during the checkout process or contact you after the order is placed.
