CoH Accessories Refund Policy

1. Guaranteed Delivery:
We stand by our commitment to ensure that your order reaches you. If your order does not arrive within 28 working days, or if there hasn't been a tracking scan within 14 working days of raising a complaint, we will either re-ship the item(s) or offer a full refund at our discretion.

2. Damaged Items:
If your items are damaged upon arrival, please inform us immediately upon receipt. Include pictures of the damaged accessories. Damaged items will be returned to us at our expense. Once we receive the damaged items, we will either re-ship the item(s) or offer a full refund, based on our discretion. Contact us at for return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
We cannot offer refunds or reshipments if the delivery address provided in the order is incomplete or incorrect.

4. Untracked Shipments:
If you choose an untracked shipment method and face issues with your delivery, we will not be able to offer a refund or reshipment.

5. Personal Preferences:
Returns based on personal preferences regarding the design or aesthetics of the accessories will not be accepted. If you opt for a sealed package and are dissatisfied with its condition upon arrival, we will not be responsible for the return cost, as we were not given the opportunity to inspect it prior to shipping.

6. Time Limit for Claims:
All claims for refunds or reshipments must be made within 90 days of the order date. Beyond this period, no claims will be entertained.

7. Customs and Duties:
If a package fails to clear customs due to your refusal to pay the appropriate duties and taxes, there will be no refund or reshipment offered. If the goods are returned to us for such reasons, a $50 restocking fee will apply.
